If you felt a jolt or got a phone alert late Tuesday morning, that was a real earthquake. Many Yuma residents received a ShakeAlert emergency alert, and residents reported feeling it as far as the foothills. The USGS put the epicenter in Baja California, Mexico.

Local officials said the quake did little if any damage. The governor of Baja California said no damage had been reported, and the USGS gave a 66% chance of an aftershock of 3.0-magnitude or greater in the next week. If another one shakes you, we suggest you drop, cover or hold on, as the alert prompts.

I bought a One4all gift card at Fry's last week.

“DO NOT BUY THIS TYPE OF CARD. Went on line and followed the instructions to redeem the card, checked the balance, no answer, called the 833 number, no answer. Fry's customer service says they are not responsible for that card and couldn't help resolve the problem.”
