Labor and Birth

About this event

Learn the stages of labor, birth and postpartum care for deliveries, breathing and relaxation exercises, pain management and medical interventions including anesthesia and inductions.

Note: Please wear comfortable clothes for exercises.

If you are an expecting mother under the age of 18, or have limited financial resources, you may be eligible to receive services at Onvida Health for free or for a reduced out-of-pocket expense. Please call our Childbirth Educator for more information at 928-336-7058.

Swaddle Bundle – Expecting mothers have the option to take individual classes at $50 a class or select a bundle for a discounted price of $150 for all four classes (Preparing for Labor, Labor and Birth, Breastfeeding 101 and Newborn Safety).

Refreshments will be provided. Ticket includes admission for expectant mother plus 1 support person.

Cancellations: Cancellations and refunds will only be processed for registrations canceled 24 hours prior to the class. Please contact 928-336-7058 for further questions.
