- ➤ A TikTok video alerted locals to dozens of abandoned dogs living in deplorable conditions at a home, and after the Humane Society with Homeward Bound Animal Rescue recovered 26 dogs—the Yuma County Sheriff's Office filed an animal cruelty case against the owner—the team is working to rescue the remaining 5 to 7 dogs.
