- ➤ Lerner and Rowe distributed 1,000 free Thanksgiving meal kits at Yuma County Fairgrounds to local residents; the kits provided staples like vegetables, stuffing, and mashed potatoes and came with grocery store gift cards—allowing families to choose a main dish. KYMA
- ➤ Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys donated $2,500 to the Yuma Community Food Bank, providing 12,500 meals & partnered with YCAT for the 2025 food drive. Locals can drop off non-perishable items at select Walmart stores in Yuma through mid-December. KYMA
- ➤ Crossroads Mission did not reach its goal of collecting 1,000 turkeys as only 382 were gathered and nearly $3,000 was raised to buy an extra 166 birds for Thanksgiving. The non-profit will continue its Mission Month drive to raise $100,000 and 100,000 pounds of food to feed the community on Thanksgiving — the 25th, 26th, and 27th. KYMA
- ➤ The Canal Run Club Yuma will host a giving run on Saturday morning at the Ocean to Ocean Bridge—collecting clothes, shoes, hygiene products, blankets and non-perishable food for the Crossroads Mission and Yuma Community Food Bank. Donations will be accepted at 6:30 a.m. before the run starts and right after it ends. KYMA
