  • YFD investigated two fires over the weekend—one that began on the patio of a La Mirada Apartments unit near Cibola High School at Avenue C and 20th Street and another that broke out in an alley near South First and East Sixth—ensuring no injuries and ruling out arson for the apartment incident.  KYMA
  • A Yuma School District One bus caught fire on August 5th at about 4:30 p.m.—no students were on board and the driver exited safely as the fire remains under investigation.  KYMA
