- ➤ A 24-year-old suspect charged with tampering with evidence and obstructing investigations in a bicycle hit-and-run from April that left a 48-year-old man hospitalized is expected to receive a plea deal before his next court hearing on August 14 + another suspect remains involved in the case. - ➤ 45-year-old Alfredo Enriquez Flores is accused of running over 21-year-old Esteyan Medel on New Year's Day and pleaded guilty to manslaughter and leaving the scene, but Judge Roger Nelson rejected his plea deal again and his case will now go before a new judge. KYMA
