Yuma Police arrested Enrique Rios III (35) and Calrita Carr (37) on July 9 for a series of vehicle burglaries at Sheffield Estates, La Mesa Manors, Ocotillo Estates and Saguaro Estates and charged them with 3rd degree burglary, theft of credit cards and fraudulent use of credit cards; a search of their vehicles and home found stolen property, guns, drugs and other evidence.
