- ➤ 51-year-old Mubarak Prince, accused of shooting at a YCSO helicopter, had his bail reduced on Tuesday from $1 million to $150,000 and must follow pre-trial conditions that require him to stay in Arizona and give up any deadly weapons. KYMA
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Yuma County is working to clear over 440,000 tires from its facility by using an extra $200,000 from last fiscal year and anticipating $850,000 from the state to remove the remainder; officials are exploring long-term fixes like a tire shredder to lower disposal costs. The county has also updated its tire drop-off rules so residents can bring up to five tires for free each year (a measure to reduce the waste buildup). KYMA
