ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • A road on Avenue B and 24th Street near Regency Square and River Park apartment complexes in Yuma closed Saturday after a water main break flooded it, and crews have cleared water so far while the street remains closed pending damage assessment.  KYMA

SPORTS NEWS

  • Eight Hawks have signed letters of intent for college sports; footballers Drew Caudle and Prentes Boxx III will join Ventura and Feather River Colleges (California), twins Aubrie and Addison Wright will compete at Mesa Community College and MiraCosta College, and others will sign with Glendale or Phoenix College.  KYMA
  • Eight Gila Ridge athletes signed letters of intent for college sports programs, choosing schools like Feather River College and Ventura College. Yuma Special Olympics hosted Kingman in a regional powerlifting meet at 4th Avenue Gym.  KYMA
