- ➤ The trial of Lori Vallow Daybell began on Monday, March 31 in Arizona when jury selection started—she is charged with conspiracy to commit murder for the death of her ex-husband Charles Vallow, pled not guilty, and a judge allowed cameras in the courtroom. KYMA
- ➤ U.S. Border Patrol agents arrested two Chinese nationals (a 38-year-old man and a 52-year-old woman) after they found more than $220,000 hidden in aluminum foil in two duffel bags during a vehicle stop on Interstate 40 near Needles last Wednesday. KYMA
- ➤ A 36-year-old man was arrested on March 30 after stealing items from Del Sol Market, Yuma Police (YPD) said; he held a knife during the robbery and was later found near S. 5th Avenue (facing charges of armed robbery, disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon, and aggravated assault on a firefighter).
