Yuma man Matthew Lillie pleaded guilty to child molestation and attempted sexual contact with a minor and was sentenced on Thursday to 10 years in prison — he will serve lifelong probation upon release and must register as a sex offender while receiving credit for 513 days served.

Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes and 20 other state attorneys have filed a lawsuit to block the Trump Administration from laying off about half of the Department of Education staff.
The suit claims the cuts are meant to weaken public education programs that support over 18,000 school districts—affecting students with disabilities and low-income families.
