- ➤ Arizona Western College celebrated a decade of transformation in Yuma as Dr. Daniel Corr highlighted record enrollment and facility growth while noting that new president Dr. Dhawan will take over in June. - ➤ City officials in San Luis mandated taxi drivers relocate from the border to a new pickup location one block from the port entrance as part of a federal project adding 14 traffic lanes.
